Job summary

Cornerstone Defense is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with Intelligence Community experience to modernize a week-long Systems Engineering training course. You will lead a technical refresh, align content with current practices, and collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging, mission-relevant materials.

You will develop instructor guides, student guides, slide decks, and practical exercises, ensuring materials are accurate, current, and sustainable for future delivery.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 10+ years of professional Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community or similar mission environments.

Responsibilities

• Review current Systems Engineering training course for gaps and updates.
• Lead technical modernization aligning content with current practices and mission needs.
• Translate technical concepts into learning objectives, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Collaborate with multimedia, graphics, and instructional designers to produce engaging materials.
• Develop instructor and student guides, slides, exercises, and job aids.
