Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate and/or perform additions and changes to network hardware and operating systems, and attached devices.
Provide day-to-day support for network hardware and OS, monitor performance, and assist in problem resolution.
Troubleshoot hardware and software at the physical and logical levels, including protocols.
Plan, design, and implement new network infrastructure and OS for voice/data networks.
Perform systems management and integration, with virtualization technologies and network administration.
Ensure network standards, TCP/IP, and provide training/support to IT staff as designated.
Diagnose and resolve complex communication problems.
Design, deploy, test, and certify storage/backup components and dependencies.
Maintain patches and support system accreditation tasks; draft SOPs and quick guides.
