• ABET-accredited Engineering degree with 12+ years in systems engineering or 10+ with Master's.
• Experience defining complex problem spaces and managing cost, schedule, performance for defense platforms.
• Knowledge of risk/opportunity management, EVMS, change management, and requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and drive system architecture across multi-contractor teams using MBSE.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to production with cost, schedule, and performance governance.
• Coordinate IPTs, host technical interchange meetings, and manage requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with CAMs to establish baselines and enable smooth tech transitions.
