Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Decompose large-scale projects and track work using JIRA.
• Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly to executive-level audiences.
• Lead whiteboarding sessions to map processes, architectures, and system designs.
• Plan and execute system migrations with minimal disruption to operations.
• Produce clear written documentation including requirements, design artifacts, and briefings.
• Coordinate across teams to align engineering efforts with stakeholder needs.
