Job summary

CP Marine LLC is hiring an Engineer, Systems IV (Team Lead) in San Antonio, Texas. This position involves leading systems engineering activities supporting the Military Health System by designing and sustaining enterprise-scale virtualization infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or virtualization.
• Experience leading engineering teams or serving as a technical lead.
• Must have a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities for enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Provide oversight for architectural design of Type-1 hypervisor systems.
• Coordinate system integration across compute platforms and networking.
• Oversee lifecycle management of virtualization environments.
• Guide system-wide upgrades and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
