Job summary

IP Secure, LLC seeks a Virtualization Engineer III to lead the design, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise virtualization platforms supporting DoD cyber operations at JBSA Lackland, San Antonio, TX. The role demands senior expertise in VMware and secure infrastructure aligned with RMF and DISA STIGs.

Required TS/SCI clearance and 8+ years in enterprise virtualization, with DoD/Federal experience and scripting automation using PowerCLI, PowerShell, or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 8+ years of enterprise virtualization engineering experience.
• Experience with DoD/Federal infrastructure and VMware environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise VMware environments.
• Administer clusters, resource pools, and virtual networking.
• Manage VM lifecycle including provisioning, migration, and decommissioning.
• Support IaaS and PaaS environments.
• Implement DISA STIGs and RMF/A&A processes.
• Develop automation using PowerCLI, PowerShell, Python.
