Job summary
PDW is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to own system requirements and MBSE artifacts for unmanned aircraft systems. You will work with a world-class team of engineers across mechanical, electrical, software and design to ensure verifiable, traceable requirements and robust system architecture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years experience in aerospace/defense/unmanned systems.
- MBSE with SysML demonstrated in practice.
- Developing/maintaining system requirements and verification plans.
- Experience with sUAS, payloads, autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Own system requirements and engineering baselines for unmanned aircraft systems.
- Develop MBSE models and architecture artifacts using SysML.
- Lead cross-functional technical decisions and trades.
- Support system integration, lab testing, and customer demos.
- Develop ICDs, TRMs, verification plans, and reviews.
- Mentor and grow the Denver engineering hub.
