Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to advance space technology programs from our Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH locations. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through analysis, integration, verification, and validation to deliver mission-critical systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 7–9 years of systems engineering experience, MBSE and modeling skills, and a track record of milestone reviews and stakeholder communication. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience identifying interface requirements and managing interactions across system and subsystem boundaries.
• Experience using digital requirements management tools to define, trace, and integrate system requirements across lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through analysis, integration, verification, and validation.
• Experience leading milestone reviews and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing and reviewing integrated system architecture using trade studies.
• Experience with system modeling, analysis, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Define, trace, and manage system requirements across lifecycles using digital tools.
• Lead verification and validation plans, ensuring quality standards.
• Develop and review integrated system architecture through trade studies.
• Transform requirements into design inputs with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate design changes and their impact across subsystems.
• Provide technical and logistical support for milestone reviews and progress reports.
