Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead system engineering efforts for space technology. You will guide a multidisciplinary team through analysis, integration, verification, and validation, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH.

Travel up to 30% is required. The role emphasizes defining requirements, leading verification plans, and advancing architectural trades to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–9 years of related experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through analysis, integration, verification, and validation.
• Experience with system architecture using trade studies.

Responsibilities

• Define, trace, and manage system requirements across lifecycles.
• Lead verification and validation plans and ensure quality control.
• Develop and review integrated system architecture via trade studies.
• Translate requirements into design inputs with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate design changes across subsystems and report progress.
