Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to define and manage system requirements across lifecycles, and to lead a multidisciplinary team through analysis, integration, verification, and validation.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Engineering and is based in Houston, TX, with potential travel. You will develop architecture through trade studies, coordinate design changes, and support milestone reviews while ensuring quality standards and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7–9 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience leading milestone reviews and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with system architecture, trade studies, modeling, and verification/validation.
