Qualis, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Space Domain Awareness and Missile Warning missions. The role involves working on an Agile Modeling and Simulation team to build high-fidelity SDA radar models and integrate hardware and software for complex defense systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant work experience (4 years with a master’s).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with defense, aerospace, radar, or complex systems.
• Experience with hardware-software integration and systems engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning for total systems.
• Perform system integration activities.
• Perform system verification and validation and document acceptance test results, discrepancies, and dispositions.
• Conduct cost analyses.
• Conduct supportability analyses.
• Conduct system effectiveness analyses.
• Perform systems engineering analyses throughout the total system lifecycle, including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Maintain technical baselines and configuration records, coordinate approved changes.
