Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seal Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Space Mission Systems (SMS) organization. The role supports proprietary programs and may allow work from multiple sites based on program needs.

Responsibilities include leading ground/system verification, requirements management, design support, and MBSE collaboration. On-site only with 9/80 schedule and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 14+ years of experience.
• Active Top Secret US Security Clearance (TS) or equivalent within past 5 years.
• Experience in ground/system level verification and requirements tracing.
• Experience with MBSE and scaled agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads Ground and System Level verification, validation, integration and test.
• Leads requirements management planning and risk handling.
• Develops and executes test plans and verification reports.
• Defines system performance requirements and interfaces.
• Mentors team members and supports ConOps development.
