Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer – Level 5 in Morrisville, NC to define product visions, manage backlogs, and deliver mission-focused software solutions in an Agile setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, utilize MBSE, CAMEO, and SysML, and ensure requirements traceability and verification across ground segment systems. This role requires strong communication and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 12+ years of engineering experience; Master's with 10+ years; PhD with 8+ years.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance required at start and ability to obtain SCI clearance.
• 2+ years using MBSE methods and tools and 2+ years with Cameo or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Drive development and execution of features for the satellite ground systems domain with familiarity in reading CAMEO/MBSE models
• Participate in working groups, research customer needs and interfaces, then translate them into digital artifacts for software implementation
• Support and/or lead verification planning, test requirements, and other key products
• Engage with Agile processes and Atlassian tools to maintain product vision and milestones
