RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) organization. This on-site role focuses on software-oriented systems, requirements management, verification, and integration for missile systems, with embedded software expertise and MBSE.

You will collaborate across Systems, Software, and Test teams, mentor new members, and engage with customers while working to ensure first-time correctness and robust program performance in a DoD

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering end-to-end.
• MBSE and requirements development/verification for software products.

Responsabilidades

• Update and maintain system/subsystem requirements for embedded software and test systems.
• Model system and production processes using Cameo.
• Conduct trade studies and present results to customers.
• SE contributor for verification/validation ensuring requirements are assessed.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Configurable Logic and Test teams on program tasks.
• Engage in technical conversations with the customer.
• Be a go-to Systems Engineer for the software-centric program.
• Onboard, mentor, and guide new team members using core SE skills.
