Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to support SOF AT&L Directorate of Science & Technology in Coronado, CA. The role requires leading surveillance of design and production, and providing expert input to leadership on program status and issues.

Candidates should hold a TS/SCI clearance, a DAWIA practitioner equivalency, and have 10+ years in systems engineering with strong contracting knowledge. On-site work with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.
• DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency is required; DAWIA Level III is desired.
• Experience evaluating technologies for program office portfolios and managing technical contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and documents surveillance of design, development, and production efforts for government counterparts.
• Provides expert-level input for status briefings to leadership on programs and issues.
• Analyzes trends in performance indicators to assist government counterparts and drive process improvements.
