Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in semiconductor equipment or EO/IR systems.
• Experience with complex multidisciplinary system development throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering for advanced semiconductor equipment platforms with multiple subsystems.
• Translate market and customer needs into system-level architectures and specs.
• Define architectures, interfaces, allocations, and performance budgets.
• Drive system integration during prototype, qualification, and production phases.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex system-level issues across hardware, software, optics, and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Define verification and validation strategies with requirements traceability.
• Work with suppliers and partners to evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
