Job summary

Information Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the U-SIEM task for the US Army/NETCOM mission. The role is 100% onsite and requires a strong background in Linux, SIEMs, and virtualization technologies.

The candidate will collaborate with a distributed team, produce technical documentation for A&A and SSP, and deliver timely tasking responses under the direction of the Task Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Science required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems required.
• Experience writing technical reports related to A&A, SSP, security policies or guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support the U-SIEM Engineering Team and its customers to ensure mission deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with team members and coordinate with the customer as directed by the Task Lead.
• Drive timely completions of work and adapt to changing tasking.
• Solve varied technical issues and maintain operational readiness.
• Work effectively as part of a large, distributed team.
• Utilize Linux OS, VMware virtualization and SIEMs in daily duties.
