Information Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the U-SIEM task for the US Army/NETCOM mission. The role is 100% onsite and requires a strong background in Linux, SIEMs, and virtualization technologies.

The candidate will collaborate with a distributed team, produce technical documentation for A&A and SSP, and deliver timely tasking responses under the direction of the Task Lead.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Arts/Science required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems required.
• Experience writing technical reports related to A&A, SSP, security policies or guidance.

Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is seeking a Systems Engineer Sr. As a Systems Engineer Senior, the work you’ll do at ISS will be impactful to the mission of US Army/NETCOM. You will play a crucial role in the engineering and support of the U-SIEM task. This position is 100% onsite. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Support the U-SIEM Engineering Team and its customers to ensure mission deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with the members of the team and coordinate with the customer as directed by the Task Lead.
• Drive timely completions of work with the ability to adapt to changes in tasking assignments.
• Solve varies technical issues.
• Adapt to new technical challenges through research and professional abilities. Work effectively as part of a large, distributed team.

• Requirements Clearance Level Secret Certifications (IAT Level III) One of the following: CASP+ CCNP Security CISA CISSP (or Associate) GCED GCIH Required Skills
• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• 5+ years of related experience
• A working knowledge of Linux operating systems is required.
• Five years’ experience writing technical reports related to Authorization & Accreditation (A&A), System Security Plans (SSP), security policies, or guidance.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Linux, Virtualization platforms and SIEMs Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Elastic
• Literate in popular flavors of Linux. A keen understanding of virtualization platforms is strongly preferred.
