• Hands on experience with JIRA, Tableau, and Python to build workflow automation and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage system level requirements, ensuring full traceability from high-level program objectives through to code level implementation in JIRA, Python, JavaScript/HTML, Tableau, and related tools.
• Architect and implement complex, integrated systems that create digital threads across disparate data sets and legacy platforms.
• Use tools such as Python, Groovy, or JavaScript to create customized software features.
• Lead risk mitigation and change management activities, identifying technical bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions, and updating the system architecture to reflect evolving program priorities.
• Maintain and evolve existing production systems, providing ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation that cannot be serviced by other organizations.
• Produce clear technical documentation, system design specifications, and training materials to ensure knowledge transfer and long-term sustainment of all team deliverables.
