Job summary

Leadout Capital in Herndon, Virginia seeks an on-site Linux infrastructure engineer with TS/SCI clearance to join a security-focused team supporting national security customers. You will own critical areas, automate governance, and deploy scalable infrastructure in fast-paced cloud environments across AWS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Linux engineering experience.
• 3+ years maintaining highly sensitive customer data and environments.
• 3+ years deploying with a CI orchestration service such as Jenkins or Spinnaker.
• 3+ years working within and building on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• 2+ years of scripting or programming language such as Shell, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, or Go.
• 2+ years deploying distributed applications with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, or similar).

• Distill environmental constraints into practical guardrails for rapid, self-service feedback about service efficacy and security.
• Solve infrastructure problems with code and build compute capacity in a fast-paced environment.

• Advance the governance of CI/CD pipelines with partner teams while maintaining velocity, patching, and maintenance.
