Responsibilities

• Act as a systems expert, sharing specialist skills with the team.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues in real time under time pressure.
• Carry out scheduled platform changes (upgrades, migrations, capacity changes, rollouts).
• Care deeply about correctness and efficiency, taking ownership of infrastructure.
