Job summary

Axiom Recruit is seeking a senior Rust engineer to help build production-grade blockchain infrastructure and lead protocol features end-to-end. You will work on Ethereum clients, consensus, and distributed systems, shaping capabilities including native account abstraction.

The role emphasizes deep Rust expertise, hands-on delivery, and the ability to operate in a globally remote environment with high-impact responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior/staff-level engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on production Rust expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Ethereum, EVM, JSON-RPC, and clients.
• Strong background in distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience with Rust Ethereum clients, Go, or Solidity smart contracts would be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade blockchain infrastructure in Rust
• Own protocol features end to end, from design to production
• Work on Ethereum clients, consensus, and distributed systems
• Lead safe upgrades, testing, reliability, and performance improvements
• Shape new protocol capabilities, including native account abstraction
