Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Boulder, CO is seeking a Systems Engineer – Level 3 (Release Train Engineer/Agile Leader) to lead agile programs within our AP organization. You will coordinate multiple agile teams, manage program increments, and drive process improvements while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and budgets.

The role requires a STEM degree and active U.S. Government Secret clearance, with 5+ years in Agile environments, and strong technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM with 5+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.
• Excellent technical writing skills for analysis and reports.
• Active in-scope U.S. Government Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience leading Agile teams & hands-on Jira experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile practices for the AP program and coordinate program increments.
• Plan and manage program milestones and PI events.
• Manage workflows within and between teams using Jira Scrum and Kanban.
• Create and maintain Confluence/Jira templates for project leads.
• Drive continuous improvement by removing impediments and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with program management, customers, and engineering management.
