Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a level 4 Release Train Engineer (RTE) for our Longmont, CO location to enable execution of a large-scale Agile Release Train within the NGG OPIR Ground Segment program. You will facilitate PI planning, risk management, and performance metrics while collaborating with Product Teams, Scrum Teams, and Program Management to promote transparency and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading projects, Agile teams, or cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience facilitating collaboration among engineering, program management, and other stakeholder organizations.
• Ability to identify, track, and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate PI Planning, planning kickoffs, and retrospectives for an Agile Release Train.
• Collaborate with Product Teams, Scrum Teams, and Program Management to drive agile planning and execution.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and enable predictable delivery across the NGG OPIR Ground Segment program.
