Job summary

RPMGlobal seeks a Systems Engineer to provide full-spectrum support to the HH-60W program at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. You will integrate rotary wing requirements, assist acquisition management, and help manage cost, schedule, and risk across the program lifecycle, including DT&E/OT&E and LRIP activities.

The role requires a ABET‑accredited engineering degree with DoD experience, an active Secret clearance, and recent aircraft background.

Qualifications

ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Avionics, Comm/Nav, Systems) with 15+ years’ experience, or Master’s with 12+ years’ experience.
5+ years of DoD experience required.
Active Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Recent aircraft experience.

Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum rotary wing systems engineering support for HH-60W program stand-up and acquisition activities.
Assist in requirements integration, program management, and procurement of avionics hardware/software across life cycle.
Coordinate program cost, schedule, performance, and risk management and advise on acquisition strategy.
Assist in pre-award, source selection, and post-award support for contracts with contractors.
Support DT&E, OT&E, LRIP reporting and ensure compliance with Air Force regulations.
