Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking a Systems Engineer Senior Staff to lead modernization, integration, development, and systems engineering for obsolescence areas in the Naval Helicopter Programs (NHP) area. Based in Owego, NY, you will drive cross-functional teams and define system design and architecture, advancing mission systems across the lifecycle.

The role requires 12+ years in systems engineering with avionics, SETR experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–14+ years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with avionics platforms, integration and test life cycle.
• Security clearance eligibility to Secret level.

Responsabilités

• Drive cross-discipline teams to meet technical commitments and processes.
• Develop and integrate equipment and functions on the MH-60 platform.
• Define system design, architecture, and contract deliverables.
