Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with Agile development.
• Certified Scrum PO/SM is a plus.
• Unity or game engine experience.
• MS Office including MS Project.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead technical efforts and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of delivery orders from initiation through completion.
• Analyze and define systems-level requirements.
• Design system architectures and ensure cross-subsystem integration.
• Develop and execute verification and validation plans.
• Coordinate milestone testing with government customers.
• Produce technical CDRL docs per DD-1423 and DID.
• Direct project staff on operations and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Ensure technical performance and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with software, graphics, and program management teams.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders throughout lifecycle.
• Organize integration events and technical briefings.
