Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in defense/aerospace testing.
• Experience with system lifecycle processes (requirements to test and sustainment).
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test protocols for military simulation systems, subsystems, and components
• Lead verification and validation, including test planning, execution, and documentation
• Assist in system, subsystem, and component assembly in the lab and at customer sites
• Ensure compliance with government standards, cybersecurity requirements, and program specifications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including software, graphics, and program management
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (e.g., CDRLs)
• Participate in design reviews (SPR, PDR, CDR) and technical interchange meetings
• Troubleshoot system‑level issues and support root cause analysis in lab and field environments
• Contribute to risk management, configuration control, and change management processes
