Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to join a focused team working on defense, space, and security projects in Berkeley, Missouri. This is a non-managerial role emphasizing reliability, maintainability, and safety across the system lifecycle.

You will analyze requirements, develop RM&SH programs, and perform FMEA/FRACAS to drive improvements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety policies. Collaboration across disciplines will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science required.
• 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system solutions.
• Develop RM&SH engineering program plans and reliability analyses.
• Perform FMEA and FRACAS to identify root causes and trends.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety policies.
• Supervise testing and demonstrations to evaluate reliability factors.
