Qualifications

• Active Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform senior-level systems engineering and administration in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, maintain, and optimise servers, storage, and networked systems.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity and implement proactive improvements.
• Provide escalation (Tier 3/4) support for complex infrastructure and systems issues.
• Apply NIST security controls and FISMA directives to supported systems.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments, including conditional access and identity governance.
