Job summary

You will work closely with Business Units and R&D to translate customer requirements into detailed plans, manage milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring a seamless acceptance and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating new products with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to develop integration plans with scope, objectives, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Strong collaboration with R&D and business unit functions.
• Knowledge of regulatory changes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and align them with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive product integration plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Communicate customer integration progress, challenges and roadmap to stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform project direction.
• Coordinate external suppliers regarding quality, cost and schedule.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate integration success and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure R&D activities comply with milestones and protect intellectual property.
