Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering.
• Proven experience with gathering and defining customer requirements, and coordinating with R&D.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills across levels and functions in an international environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 25%.
• Ability to structure and prioritize tasks and derive product and solution requirements for R&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product integration with customers and plan execution of customer projects.
• Conduct Requirements Engineering and Systems Engineering in collaboration with Business Unit and R&D.
• Analyze customer requirements and align with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive product integration plans with scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Communicate integration progress and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to guide project direction and maintain competitiveness.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to maximize investment impact and growth.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation for projects.
• Ensure R&D activities align with milestones, standards, and IP protections.
• Coordinate external suppliers regarding quality, cost, and schedule.
• Establish KPIs to measure integration success and drive continuous improvement.
