Job summary

Arcfield in the United States seeks engineering professionals to advance submarine and combat control systems. You will synthesize customer needs into integrated solutions, conduct tests and evaluations, and ensure compliance with stringent DoD standards across complex weapon and sensor interfaces.

Role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise capabilities on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent DoD-related experience.
• Experience with Navy/DoD Combat Control Systems or related subsystems is strongly preferred.
• AN/BYG-1 PCS/SWFTS architecture knowledge is valuable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, reporting and testing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize contractual needs into system integration and testing solutions.
• Review requirements for testability and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with engineering to upgrade weapon systems and data interfaces.
• Develop reports detailing analyses, tests, demonstrations and investigations.
• Support platform modernization data collection and TEMPALT activities.
• Create and present trade studies on risks, benefits, feasibility of future systems.
• Assist in platform data package development and delivery.
• Develop CONOPS documentation and operational procedures.
