Arcfield is looking for a Combat Systems/Weapons/Platform Systems Engineer in Newport, RI to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and will engage in troubleshooting and enhancing submarine systems.

This role involves significant responsibilities including conducting evaluations, developing operational procedures, and supporting system upgrades. Compensation ranges from $66,585.91 to $121,873.66 with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DoD, US Navy Non-Propulsion Electronic-Mechanical Systems.
• Understanding of engineering functions related to design and analysis of complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center.
• Conduct test and evaluation and quality assessments.
• Develop reports and recommendations based on analyses.
