The successful candidate will contribute to lifecycle activities, perform test planning, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with hardware, software, and integration teams to ensure design integrity and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience deriving and managing system requirements.
• Proven expertise in system verification and validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, decompose, and derive system and subsystem requirements.
• Lead and perform system verification planning, test case development, and verification execution.
• Ensure requirements traceability using systems engineering tools such as DOORS or equivalent.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and integration engineers.
• Support design reviews, technical analyses, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to architecture development and system modeling as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting during development and integration phases.
• Support PNT-related design, algorithm understanding, or integration tasks (desirable).
