Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Experience leading major technology initiatives and enterprise-scale solutions.
• Ability to analyze system performance, risk, and scalability.
• Strong technical direction and stakeholder communication.
• Experience serving as a senior technical advisor translating mission requirements into technical strategies.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and move IT equipment (30–50 lbs) and crawl under desks.

Aufgaben

• IT Operations subject-matter-expert (Help Desk / Tier 1, Close Support, Tier 2).
• Review/Update SOPs, modernize and ensure efficiency.
• Provide on-the-job training to new/Junior team members.
• Provide second-tier triage and technical expertise for complex problems.
• Provide technical leadership with customers and external teams for timely resolution within SLAs.
• Assess existing and next-generation Problem and Incident Management systems (JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Analyze workflows for potential automation/AI enhancements.
