Red Alpha is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a large team of Systems, Security and Software Engineers supporting the TechSIGINT mission. You will influence how customers collect and analyze SIGINT data, lead architecture efforts, and coordinate across multiple development methodologies.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years of experience, a strong background in data flow modeling and requirements analysis, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in similar scope and complexity.
• Experience leading Systems Engineering efforts and programs.
• Broad knowledge of IT, requirements, and architecture analysis.
• Active US Government TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for enterprise data representations across mission domains.
• Perform end-to-end systems engineering for data flows and formats.
• Conduct high-level requirements analysis to apply data standards.
• Coordinate across teams using multiple development methodologies.
