CMD MedTech is a growing medical device engineering and regulatory consulting firm in Columbus, OH. We seek a mid-level Systems Engineer with 5–10 years’ experience who leads with collaboration and clear communication, balancing hands-on work with design reviews and system requirements.

You’ll contribute to regulatory strategies, risk management, and verification protocols while supporting client projects and fostering an openness, teamwork, and integrity driven culture.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of medical device regulatory and product development experience.
• Bachelor’s in engineering (biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or similar).
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills; effective communicator.
• Hybrid work model in Columbus with occasional travel (<25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support medical device development and regulatory projects.
• Generate and review deliverables like requirements, risk assessments, regulatory strategies, or verification protocols.
