Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency with systems modeling and simulation tools.
• Proven leadership experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with lab test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Lead system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management efforts.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide major project responsibilities.
• Demonstrate architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
