Job summary
J&T Business Consulting in Annapolis, MD seeks a senior Systems Engineer (Level 5) with active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to lead enterprise-level systems engineering across all lifecycle phases. The role focuses on MBSE leadership, architecture development with DoDAF/FEAF, and direct interface with government stakeholders.
You will manage technical risks, ensure deliverable quality, and coordinate with program leadership and executives.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Minimum 15–19 years of systems engineering experience depending on degree.
- Experience with ISO/IEC 15288 process areas and DoDAF/FEAF frameworks.
- Proficiency in MBSE, SysML, and architecture frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced systems engineering across all lifecycle stages per ISO/IEC 15288.
- Lead MBSE activities and develop system models, diagrams, and architecture artifacts.
- Develop architectures aligned with DoDAF and/or FEAF frameworks.
- Oversee requirements definition, system decomposition, architecture design, verification and validation, and transition to operations.
- Interface with government stakeholders, executives, and program leadership.
- Track project workflows and deliverables using Jira.
