SNC in Sparks, NV seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead requirements engineering, MBSE, V&V, and system architecture across programs. You will guide complex analyses, technical planning, risk management, and lifecycle oversight while mentoring engineers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 10+ years of systems engineering, and the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance. This is a full‑time, in‑office position with potential travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems/EE/ME or related field.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency with modeling, simulation tools and MBSE.
• Proven leadership in complex engineering projects.

Responsabilidades

• Handle advanced tasks in requirements engineering, systems integration, V&V, and MBSE.
• Lead system and decision analysis, technical planning, and risk management efforts.
• Take on significant project responsibilities and guide junior engineers.
• Demonstrate expertise in architecture/design development, technical monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively to drive project success.
• Mentor less experienced team members.
