Job summary

Epirus is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead full lifecycle system development in a rapidly growing tech environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on requirements definition, system architecture, interface control, and MBSE-driven verification and validation to ensure products meet customer needs.

You will interact with customers, coordinate with subsystems, and contribute to proposals and technical documentation while maintaining architectural alignment

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace, or a similar field.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience (or 3 years with an MS).
• Experience with MBSE and systems engineering tools (JAMA/Polarion/DOORS, SparxEA, Capella).
• Experience with Python or similar OO languages and Git/GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage system requirements and traceability across levels.
• Coordinate requirement flow-down to hardware and software subsystems.
• Collaborate with design engineering to capture system architecture in MBSE diagrams (structural and behavioral).
• Support IV&V planning and execution and contribute to proposals with technical writing.
