Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT, seeks a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to lead the Sentinel Wing Test Capability team. You will define requirements, perform architecture work with Cameo, and ensure test coverage across launch and control systems for the Sentinel program.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Air Force stakeholders, and drive MBSE practices to mature system designs. DoD Secret clearance required; on-site work with a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance.
Eight years with a BS; six with a MS; four with a PhD (or equivalent).
2+ years MBSE/MBSE practices using Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
2+ years experience with C2/NC3 or defense aerospace programs.
Experience leading small teams and coordinating with DoD customers.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of systems engineers on the Sentinel Wing Test effort.
Develop and allocate requirements, definitions, and traceability across system baseline.
Create architecture content using Cameo and MBSE methods.
Coordinate with Air Force stakeholders and other engineering disciplines.
