Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to shape the future of lunar technologies and missions. You will define end-to-end mission concepts for NASA, government, and commercial customers, guiding architectures across hardware and software to power our next generation of lunar landers and spacecraft.

Based in Pittsburgh, PA, this role can be onsite or remote. You will collaborate across disciplines, perform trade studies, derive requirements, and develop mission concepts of

Qualifications

• B.S. in Aerospace or Systems Engineering with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Experience in space system development or systems engineering.
• Experience with proposals and external customer presentations.
• Experience authoring and decomposing mission and system-level requirements.
• Understanding of launch, space, and lunar environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review concepts for lunar landers, rovers, surface power systems, and spacecraft.
• Create technical content for proposals and external customer presentations.
• Define system-level technical vision linking customer needs to feasible solutions.
• Perform trade studies to support technical, business, and program actions.
• Develop mission concepts of operations and risk/mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and customers to resolve risks.
• Participate in meetings with customers and partners.
