Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field required; ABET preferred but not required.
• 14+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience on 787 or comparable commercial airplane program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 787 Tier 0-2 requirements management processes and change packages.
• Coach design engineers to ensure evidence, traceability, and impact analyses.
• Provide oversight for high-quality requirements aligned with standards.
• Lead strategic initiatives for requirement change management across the program.
• Communicate status, risks, and schedules to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SE guidance to ensure consistency across teams.
