Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires SECRET Security Clearance.
• Certifications: CSSLP, GCLD, or GSEC for Junior/Journeyman levels; FITSP-D, GCSA, GISF, or SSCP for Senior level.
• Multiple levels available: Junior (0-3 years + Bachelor's), Journeyman (4-7 years + Bachelor's), Senior (8+ years + Bachelor's).
• Strong communication and self-starter mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all systems engineering and design activities for the WDP System.
• Prepare and execute the System Engineering Plan (SEP) governing architecture and engineering.
• Coordinate between engineering teams and translate customer requirements into system designs.
• Represent the engineering team in the Engineering Control Board (ECB) for major milestones and decisions.
• Establish engineering standards and best practices; lead technical reviews.
• Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements; manage technical risks.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across disciplines.
