Job summary

Avalore.ai is seeking a Systems Engineer to translate customer requirements into detailed designs and to develop system options that meet critical performance goals. You will define access controls, create system models, and document technical specifications throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure integration, perform trade studies, validate requirements, and help identify and mitigate risks, while supporting testing and process improvements.

Qualifications

• SECRET Security Clearance Required
• Certifications: CSSLP/GCLD/GSEC (Junior/Journeyman)
• Certifications: FITSP-D/GCSA/GISF/SSCP (Senior)
• Junior: 0–3 years + Bachelor's Degree
• Journeyman: 4–7 years + Bachelor's Degree
• Senior: 8+ years + Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication skills and self-starter mindset
• Professional English proficiency required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• U.S. work authorization; Avalore will not sponsor

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into detailed system designs
• Develop and analyze system alternatives to recommend optimal solutions
• Define user roles and access controls
• Create and maintain system models, diagrams, and documentation
• Conduct trade studies and verification/validation procedures
