Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead cross-functional Agile teams and coordinate system design, integration, and implementation. The role requires proactive engagement with demanding customers and stakeholders to align technical objectives with business goals.

The candidate should possess TS/SCI with Polygraph, a technical bachelor’s degree with extensive SE experience (or equivalently long experience), and proven Agile and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 20 years SE experience; 25 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules.
• Experience with requirements management to capture clear definitions of done.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across multiple cross-functional Agile teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee system design, integration, and implementation efforts.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders with clear communication.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation and reporting structures.
• Support continuous improvement across engineering and Agile processes.
