Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure modernization and systems engineering.
• Ability to assess and document authorization services policies, procedures, and technical solutions.
• Experience evaluating applications for migration readiness (requirements, languages, capabilities).
• Proficiency producing and maintaining technical lifecycle documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze authorization services processes, procedures, and technical solutions to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to define requirements, constraints, schedules, and workloads.
• Draft and recommend technical solutions to enhance and modernize IT infrastructure services.
• Evaluate applications for requirements, capabilities, and languages in preparation for system migrations.
• Produce and maintain lifecycle documentation for hardware and related processes.
• Develop and maintain collaboration and information-sharing tools and repositories to support training and stakeholder outreach.
• Analyze and develop processes to improve mission stakeholder knowledge and deliver actionable findings.
