Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / ISSO to ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of mission-critical systems. You will apply systems engineering across the full lifecycle and partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to influence secure design and cloud modernization.

This role requires TS/SCI with Poly, 20+ years in SE, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Based at Fort Meade with no travel, offering competitive compensation and a strong security focus.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 20+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer on complex programs.
• Ability to plan, lead, and execute systems engineering efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison ensuring cross-team alignment.
• Act as security coordinator for all products (STEP/STN, SSP reauthorization, 508).
• Collaborate with cloud architecture to support migration and integration.
• Provide SE expertise across ISO/IEC 15288 areas and ensure deliverable quality.
• Communicate with sponsors, overseers, and executives to address engineering considerations and resolve issues.
